Everyone has a bad day every now and then, and bad days do not have to be caused by something happening. If someone wakes up not feeling themselves try to talk to them in a positive, easy-going tone that can ease them out of their dark cloud. If something happened that made them feel down, try and get them to talk about it as it can help them get out of their funk and feel like themselves again. But if they don’t want to talk, just let them know you are there for them.
